Clara Mae Wilson

December 1, 2020

Clara Mae Wilson, 88, passed away from us on December 1st, 2020 in her home in Hesperia, California. Born Clara Mae Todd in Edin, Oklahoma on May 29th, 1932 to Myrtle Easter Todd Harvey and Frederick Edgar Todd. Among her friends, she was more commonly known as “Pinky” for her loving heart, wonderful smile and rosey cheeks. On February 1st, 1953, she married the love of her life, Alson Robert (Bob) Wilson. Pinky and Bob had three daughters, Sandra, Debra, and Susan. Throughout their married life, they lived in Covina, where they raised their girls and finally settled into Hesperia, where before retirement, they ran a plastering business side by side. But, more so, she has created a legacy of nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. And many, many more she opened her doors to, that were not her own, but hers! She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, funny jokes, open door policy and pantry full of goodies. She was adored by all who knew her and she will be remembered lovingly in the hearts of family and friends. She is a lady like no other. And those that know, Lady is what her loving husband called her in place of her names. Pinky is survived by her three daughters, Sandra (Joe) Fink and their daughters Kristie and Kellie, along with their 3 children and 3 grandchildren between them. Debra Wilson and her four daughters, Jamie, Jennie, Jessica, and Alexandria and their 5 children between them. Susan(Rodney) Humphrey and their two children, Jared and Leanne. Memorial Services will be held graveside December 21st, 2020 at 10:00 am. Victor Valley Memorial Park 15609 Eleventh St. Victorville, Ca 92395 Due to COVID the ceremony is being limited, please be considerate of the family. “When I am gone, release me, let me go. I have so many things to see and do, you mustn’t tie yourself to me with too many tears but be thankful we had so many years.” Author: Unknown
